What is the recommended age?
Glow Bears are designed to grow with your child from the very beginning and are recommended for ages 0+.

• 0–12 Months: Gentle soothing and sensory comfort.

• 1–3 Years: Interactive songs and early phrases.

• 3+ Years: Record age-appropriate educational content, enjoy built-in lullabies, and use the child-activated night light to help little ones feel safe and cozy through the night.

How do we clean it?
Simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth and let it air dry. (For safety, please don’t machine wash.)

How do I charge my Glow Bear?
Every Glow Bear comes with a USB charging cord, making it quick and simple to recharge at anytime. No need to worry about constantly buying and replacing batteries!

What is the battery life?
With continuous play, the battery lasts for approximately 40 hours. If you notice voice recordings becoming shorter during playback, it’s a sign the battery is running low—please recharge the device.

Do Glow Bears have automatic shut-off?
Yes! To make sure your child’s sleep isn’t disturbed, Glow Bears turn off automatically.

• Night mode: Powers off after 120 minutes, and at the end of each story and recording.

• Day mode: Pauses after each song, story, or interaction, encouraging natural breaks. If your child wants more, they can easily keep the fun going by pressing the ears, paws, or feet to continue. Recordings will stop when the message ends.
